2. Use of appropriate pronouns
3. Becoming aware of their challenges and struggles
4. Supporting them in their process of coming out to self, colleagues, family
5. Calling out prejudices and discriminatory behaviour
6. Assisting in the documentation process like name change etc
7. Assistance with understanding company policies (like transition policy) and facilitate access to inclusion council for grievances, if any
